5. Potato chips
The problem is not in potatoes. The real reason why you should avoid BBQ flavored potato chips is that this snack is made using wheat starch. The same applies to sour cream flavored chips. Read the label and see what sort of ingredients the product contains.
6. Mustard
Malt vinegar can be part of some brands of mustard. Besides malt vinegar, manufacturers often add wheat flour to make the product creamy and thick. We recommend you should use dry mustard instead.
