Get rid of carbs
There are two types of carbohydrates. Simple carbs are bad since they are instantly digested by your body and won’t let you burn fat. Complex carbs are healthy, but they may also be the reason why you won’t lose pounds if you eat too many products with starch or complex carbs. Replace part of complex carbs with lean protein and exclude simple carbs from your menu.
