5. Keeping in Touch
Expatriates cannot complain – their life is quite good and much easier at present. Staying in contact with your relatives, parents, friends and close people is simple. All you need is an Internet provider and a device through which you will keep in touch with people who live far away from you. Some prefer Google Voice while others download Skype and spend hours online talking online. Your phone number that you had at home can be set up abroad. You can arrange video conferences with those you do business with.
6. Medical or Travel Insurance
If you are an absolutely healthy person, then you are lucky. However, you can never predict the future and know what may happen to you abroad. Medical costs are sky-high in other countries. There are a few countries where they provide free medical assistance and care. Set aside some money in case something urgent happens and you need a doctor.
