3. Colombia, El Hotel del Salto

In Colombia you can see plenty of unique spots. There are lots that have already been abandoned by people. But the one we would like to mention is called El Hotel del Salto. It is surprising that there are no companies that would be ready and eager to invest money in order to revive the building. The main problem might be the river flowing nearby that is very contaminated which makes the site less attractive to investors.
