5. Families Live Separately

It’s interesting to see that American families do not live together. It is not that common to see grandparents who would live with their grown children and grandkids. It happens because they love the sense of independence and privacy. The richer your family is, the less likely your family members are to live together.

6. Permits and Licenses Are Necessary for Most of What You Do

People who live in the USA are required to get licenses and permits in case they decide to do something. For example, you need approval from the state you are in if you want to build a house or keep a farm. Doing business without informing the government about it is illegal. Once you get a license, you are supposed to follow the rules and account for what’s happening. There are plenty of tasks you must do while running your own business or doing something that you applied for.
