Pay attention to how restful and pleasant your kid’s sleep is. Here are the things that may disturb a good night’s sleep:
1. Citrus Fruits
It’s not really a good idea for a child to eat grapefruits, lemons, tangerines or oranges before he goes to bed. The problem is that the fruit acids may irritate the bladder. It is not harmful at all, but it will disturb your child at night since he will need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Let your kids eat their favorite citrus fruits in the morning or afternoon.
2. No Pets In The Bedroom
Pets should not be allowed in the bedroom. This rule applies to both adult and children bedrooms. The reason is that even the smallest pet like a hamster tend to wake up their owners. Some pets become even more active in the dark and can cause too much noise. Keep cages with small pets in some other area. Leave bigger one outside the bedroom as well!
