3. Keep learning. We all should educate ourselves. Sometimes you might be unaware of other people’s hidden disabilities. You are not perfect either. What if other people are simply incapable of doing what you expect them to do?
4. Ask for professional assistance and advice. If need be, have therapy. Your past experiences, worries and problems might be the main reason why you have issues now. Your criticism may turn into anger and aggression if not treated. Therapy will teach you how to manage your attitude, feelings and emotions.
