Even if you feel comfortable in your old gym clothes and running shoes, it is very possible that it’s time you replaced them with new items.
1. Running Shoes
Replace your running shoes twice a year. A regular runner needs a new pair of shoes after every 400-500 miles.
2. Sports Bras
Sports bras should never move up when you lift your arms. Your underwear should not restrict your motions. Purchase a new bra at least once a year.
