3. Set aside some time for yourself. Meditate a bit and do not be afraid to stay on your own. Think of the good and the bad and all the things that formed your personality, character and attitude. You may be able to find answers to very difficult questions inside your soul and heart.
4. Quit pretending. Wanting to be someone who you really are not is a way to destruction. You will not become anyone else. All you can do is to ruin yourself if you try to pretend or play a role. You need more confidence – this is the only quality that can bring inner peace into your mind and soul.
