5. Hitting the snooze button every morning
Do not set early hours if you do not intend to get out of your bed right the moment your alarm clock goes off. You hit the snooze button and keep lying in. This does not do you any favor at all. Your extra sleep is useless anyways.
6. You’re not wearing socks
It’s not a joke. Wearing lightweight socks is a great idea. Keep your feet warm if you want to fall asleep faster. Avoid overheating, though – there is no need to put thick socks on for sure.
