If you haven’t washed your sheets in weeks, it is very likely that your sleep is not very good. Dirty sheets are full of harmful bacteria. The matter is serious enough since some of them cause pneumonia and allergy. If you do not want to get sick, do washing every week. Use the hottest water if it is safe for the material. Afterwards put the sheets in the dryer. They will not shrink if you set the machine to low heat.
4. You keep forgetting to switch your phone to night mode
Going to bed without checking email or Facebook posts might sound impossible. Well, that’s what most of us do. However, what you should never do is to bring your cell to bed. It’s a harmful habit. Your electronic devices emit blue light. It interferes with some certain processes in your body. For example, blue light that comes from tablets and smartphones interrupts production of melatonin, a sleep-inducing hormone.
