5. It offers benefits in sports
Fortunately, it’s not all that bleak and frustrating in the life of left-handed folks. Experts claim that left-handers achieve exceptionally good results in sports. They will always be better at sports, such as baseball, boxing and tennis. As a rule, sportsmen train and develop their skills against right-handed opponents. During a sport even or competition left-handers can easily adjust while right-handers are at a huge disadvantage. Righties are expected to take part in an asymmetrical contest – something that they were not trained for.
6. Left-handedness doesn’t make a person more creative
There’s a belief that left-handers are more inventive and creative. Creativity is rather hard to measure. That might be just another myth that comes from the mid-1990s. It was then estimated that lefties have a relatively “divergent” way of thinking. This means they see and consider more alternatives to resolve an issue. This rule applied to males only, though. There might be some truth to the creativity idea, however, it would be silly to state that most of the greatest achievements of humankind were created by left-handed people.
