5. Respect others

Humor can be different. Learn the difference between sarcasm and irony. Sarcasm is painful while irony is far less aggressive. Do not laugh at people -–it is impolite and rude. On the contrary, cheer others up and give them your support. Be respectful and sincere.

6. Be who and what you really are

Remember to be yourself. Do not pretend and take off the mask. Instead of faking the skills and qualities you do not have, learn them and enrich yourself. Keep growing and developing as an individual. Always find new opportunities to improve yourself. This is a never ending process, but very involving and exciting.
