People use their 24 hours in very different ways. Some have already learnt to save time while others are still wasting it on something useless. Here are a few habits that may be the reasons why your day seems to be too short.
Learn to say no
You do not want to sound impolite and rude. You do not want to offend or hurt anyone’s feelings. As a result, you say ‘yes’ more often than you should. Say ‘no’ if your life, family life or career, do not suffer because of this. You need to focus on things that make a difference in one way or another as well as things that make your own life better.
Take plenty of rest
Remember to take plenty of breaks during the day at work or home. If you are a housewife and do laundry, shopping, cooking, gardening and cleaning the house, you get tired and exhausted by the end of the day. Take breaks in-between the tasks. The same rule applies if you are an office worker. Your productivity decreases if you do not let you mind and body restore from time to time.
