5. How to keep cash safely
Another thing for your children to learn is where it is safe to keep cash. Losing money is a very unpleasant experience. We should have a safe place to hold money. Working hard, earning money and then losing can be avoided. Help your kids find a good place for keeping cash in their room. Also, they need to have a wallet to carry a small part of their money on them when they go out.
6. Debts are real traps
Debts may turn your life into hell. If you got into a debt, get rid of it as soon as possible. Try to avoid being in debt. Explain to your children why debts make our life miserable. Owing someone makes you dependent. You cannot feel free and happy if you know there is a person or a bank that is waiting on you to pay your debts off. This lesson is important to learn and it included both adults and children. The sooner your children understand this tip, the more successful they will be in the future. Never encourage yourself or your children to use credit or debit cards. They are easy to get used to and very hard to resist. It’s wiser to save money and then buy the items you want.
