3. Flaxseeds
One of the healthiest egg substitutes are flaxseeds. Add 6 tablespoons of water to 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds. Use the mix instead of two eggs. It’s fine to use pre-ground flaxseeds. If need be, use a coffee or spice grinder to grind the seeds yourself.
4. Vegetable oil
Half a cup of vegetable oil can be used in place of two eggs when baking. Use less oil if you do not want your food too greasy. In some recipes the oily texture may make the food taste too rich.
