3. Focusing your team’s attention on the drawbacks
Your employees need inspiration. If you keep focusing their attention on the bad sides of things, they will be less likely to strive or put more effort. Take care of you your business and be wise – concentrate on what your team has already achieved. Point out the best things you have reached and boost their self-esteem.
4. Patronizing
Do not be obsessed with patronizing. All those people you work with are adults and they do not need you to control them. Trying you to be a dominant figure can turn your whole project into hell. The atmosphere in your company should be friendly and comfortable for all team members. Your employees are not your kids. They are not your slaves either. Respect their opinions and desires.
