Pay Attention to Other Factors
If you ignore other important factors, then your calorie counting won’t work the way you expect. The quality of those calories is the main factor you need to pay attention to. Next, see the labels and make your diet nutritional enough so that you wouldn’t feel hunger pangs throughout the day. Otherwise you will soon give up your diet.
Calories Matter to a Point
Do not eat all of your daily calories in one sitting. Stretch them throughout the day and try to eat at least three meals per day. You can have a snack or two but they should not be oily or sugary. No junk food even if you know that they can squeeze into your calorie counting. Think of other strategies to make your calorie counting less tedious and more effective. Remember to drink water and stay physically active. You will then consume fewer calories and burn more fat.
