3. The Bread Basket
Carbs are not all bad. Some are good and you should eat them. However, next time you eat out, place the bread basket aside and eat the main meal first. Give your preference to proteins rather than carbs – this will keep you satisfied for longer. Carbs, on the contrary, will fill you up for a much shorter time and in an hour or two you will feel like snacking on some more carbs (and this time unhealthy carbs). Avoid mindless munching on simple carbs both inside and outside your home.
4. Mixed Drinks
Mixed drinks are loaded with sugar. This kind of beverages should be excluded even by people who are not losing weight. Replace mixed drinks with a glass of red dry wine. Liquid carbs are a diet no-no.
