5. Think of a Special Plan
Replace food with something that won’t make you gain pounds and motivate you to move on and improve yourself in the future. Your plan is simple, but very special since it is different from anything you have ever tried before. You will soon quit bingeing if you follow this tip. Every time you feel like snacking on something, read a book. If that sounds boring, replace your chocolate bar with a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea. Whenever you feel like eating a sandwich, clean your room, water the plants or do laundry. And remember you are not punishing yourself. It’s a reward, because after following such a plan for a week or two you will look slimmer and feel better.
6. Keeping Yourself Busy
Boredom can make you eat even when you are not hungry at all. Keeping yourself busy is the best way to stop this vicious circle. Break that habit and start being active. There are thousands of various activities you can do that are not related to food. Entertain yourself, for instance, by watching a documentary. Read the latest news online. Participate in an event where you will be busy arranging things or helping others. Join a gym or swimming pool, call your friend and invite him or her to take a walk with you in the nearest park.
