There is some truth to the statement. However, it all depends on your individual habits, health, reaction and metabolism. Some can easily lose weight even if they do not have anything for breakfast. Research has proved that healthy people who skip breakfast lose a few extra pounds and do not feel like snacking on unhealthy foods later in the day. Also, it’s not about breakfast itself or the time when you have it. Rather, it’s all about what you consume for breakfast.
6. Sugar Affects Children’s Behavior
Sugar cannot make kids aggressive, angry or affect their behavior. Children get hyper for a variety of other reasons. Sugar does not make your child miss classes or misbehave at home. As a matter of fact, cookies and candies are bad for kids’ teeth, but not their character or attitude.
7. Drink 2 Liters of Water Daily
Drinking eight glasses of water a day is not a must. You can stay perfectly healthy and well-hydrated even if you drink less than two liters of water. It all depends on your current health condition, your weight and height as well as the climate of the country you live in.
