It is hard to stop believing the things that your family made you believe in your childhood. Now that you are an adult person you can make your own decisions and conclusions. Here are a few myths most people believe in:
1. Cracking Joints Leads to Arthritis
The sound is really annoying to those around you. But that’s probably the only harmful thing that cracking joints causes. The sound is not made by joints or bones rubbing against each other. The noise is caused by a gas bubble that is formed around the bones. Arthritis cannot be cause by cracking. However, if cracking is painful, we suggest you should see your doctor.
2. Eggs Are Bad for Your Cardiovascular System
Do you really believe that if you quit eating eggs you’ll live forever? That’s another myth people believe in. Your heart won’t stop beating if you love eggs and have them for breakfast. It’s safe to eat an egg or two per day – it won’t increase the risk of heart disease. There are far more harmful substances that ruin your cardiovascular system: alcohol, smoking, stress, and junk food.
