5. Make Adjustments to Your Diet
Abdominal muscles become visible only when the percentage of fat in your body is relatively low. You will never achieve the desired results if you do not make adjustments to your diet. Burn extra calories by exercise and reduce the amount of calories you consume by excluding the wrong foods and drinks.
6. Have Realistic Goals
Set goals but always make sure they are realistic. Transformation takes months and sometimes years of dedication and patience. Remember that your genes also influence your body type.
