5. Heavy lifting won’t make you bulky
Women differ from men and there is absolutely no need to worry about becoming huge. Even men can hardly gain muscles without special pharmaceuticals! So include weight lifting in your workout routine. Do not hesitate to enter the weight room – it is created not only for men. Start out light, do some plyometrics and let your body weight be used as resistance.
6. Slowly but surely: do not be in a rush
Quit comparing yourself with cover girls and gym bunnies. It took ages for them to get the bodies they have now. Prepare to work out for long if your goal is the perfect body, flat abs and toned thighs. Unrealistic goals will only disappoint you. You are smart enough to understand that your body needs time to transform. Let the process go the way it is supposed to.
