3. Where is your water?
Keep sipping on icy-cold water. Water hydrates your body and refreshes you during the workout. Have a bottle of plain water around each time you go to the gym. Drink cold water since your body will need to burn more energy and calories in order to warm the fluid. Remember to drink plenty of icy liquids throughout the day and you will burn fat with less effort.
4. Wear something weighted
The fact is that the more you weigh, the more calories and energy you burn. You need to work harder to keep yourself moving. By no means should you get fat to start losing weight! What we suggest you should do is to wear some weight during your workout routine. You can find this type of equipment in every gym. A heavy vest, anklets filled with sand or any other sort of weighted garment will do the trick. We do not promise you an easy workout session, however, we guarantee the best results.
