Ageing is inevitable. However, you can look young and fresh if you do some certain procedures and avoid the things that do damage to your beauty.
1. Drink less booze
Alcohol is very toxic. People who drink look older and feel unhealthy. The toxins that gin, vodka, brandy and other strong drink contain change your looks. Only a healthy person looks attractive. When you have issues with the heart, kidneys or liver, you cannot expect to look good. A glass of red wine a couple of times a week is not a bad idea. Other alcoholic beverages are not recommended though.
2. Take supplements and vitamins
Talk to your doctor and ask whether you need to take supplements or multivitamins. If your diet is healthy, you might no need any extras. However, in most cases we need some certain minerals for good health.
