5. Breakfast Cereals
Read the label and you’ll be surprised to find out how much sugar your breakfast cereals contain. There is no protein or fiber hence you’ll feel hungry after a very short period of time! Here what you can do: Opt for really healthy cereals. Read the labels and pick cereals that do not contain added sugar. Find out how nutritious the product is. Do not buy any brand if you cannot find the right one for you. Find cereals that contain no more than 10 grams of sugar. The less sugar the food contains, the better. Make sure that the main ingredient is some sort of whole grain. The most common is probably oats.
