The fact is that there’re quite a few people who cannot tolerate gluten. Such people need gluten-free food. Luckily, we have plenty of alternatives in our grocery stores nowadays. It is easy to replace the regular foods with their gluten-free versions. However, we would never recommend anyone buy junk food even if it is gluten-free. Avoid pastries, cookies and chips of all kinds. All they can do is to ruin your health and destroy your body. Try and eat vegetables, fruits and nuts instead of all the unhealthy snacks you are used to.
4. Pre-Made Parfaits
Parfaits contain granola, fruit, and yogurt. You cannot blame people who eat parfaits since the ingredients sound healthy. Nevertheless, home-made parfaits are healthy, while pre-made ones should never be consumed. Manufacturers add too much sugar, flavor and artificial additives to make their parfaits taste better. Use fresh products and make your own parfaits. Mix Greek yogurt with low-sugar berries and fruits. Add oats instead of granola. Do not add sugar. It’s cheap to make and takes minutes to prepare.
