2. Whole Wheat
Have a look at the selection of breads your local grocery store offers you and your family. There’re dozens brands and types of this food. No doubt you’ll see labels saying that this bread is made with whole grains or that it is multigrain bread. Sometimes manufacturers print “whole wheat” or “wheat flour” on their products. Do not trust the labels. They can be misleading. The only type of bread you should look for is the one with the label on which you can see “100% Whole Grain”.
