Only if you are allergic to nuts should you exclude this food from your menu. Otherwise do eat nuts since this food is natural and contains plenty of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They contain a lot of calories, but, at the same time, nuts provide you with healthy fats and protein. Mix your favorite nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, brazils, peanuts and almonds). Avoid salted and sweetened nuts.
