5. From all fours, lift your right leg off the floor and stretch it out behind you. Feel the tension in your muscles. Tap the right toes to the floor on the left side of your core. Now tap the toes on the floor on the right side. The motion reminds of a semicircle drawn with your own leg. Repeat the exercise on the left leg.
