5. Vitamins B and D
Another two vitamins that your skin cannot live without are vitamins B and D. You need vitamin B if your skin is irritated and red. This element is found in lots of products like meat and chicken. Vegetarians can take supplements instead. Vitamin D fights wrinkles and blemishes and you need to stay in the sun to deliver some of it to your body cells. Remember to apply good sunscreen in order to protect yourself from dangerous sunrays.
