3. Blushing
Whenever we feel embarrassed or ashamed we blush. That means that our cheeks turn red. It indicates that the person feels awkward about the situation. The good news is that scientists claim that the redness in your face is actually a positive thing. Shy people look cute and others trust them more.
4. Growling Stomach
You might already know how embarrassing it is when others can hear your stomach growling. This bodily function occurs when your stomach is either hungry or upset. There is nothing to worry about, really. The sound indicates that you have a healthy digestive system and that your tract produces juices and does its job very well. The growling may intensify if you go without food for several hours in a row. Have a bite and you’ll get rid of the annoying noises.
5. Sneeze
Sneezing does not mean that you are having a cold or suffering from allergies. Healthy people can sneeze, too. Do not try to hold it in if neither of the mentioned issues bothers you. If your nostrils catch unwanted particles, they will irritate the cavity and you’ll inevitably sneeze to get rid of them. If people didn’t sneeze, all those unwanted particles would block the nose or get straight into the lungs. Have tissues around even if it’s not wintertime.
