3. Wear some weights

Try to increase your weight by putting on special garments that you can always find in your gym. You can purchase a couple of items for that purpose or use something that you already have. All you really need is a bottle filled with water or a few heavy books. Put them in the backpack and do squats or any other exercises with the backpack on.
4. Java is a fat burning drink
Drink a cup of java before you start your workout session. This fragrant beverage will make you feel powerful and strong. Some exercises will be easier to perform thank to the chemicals that this beverage contains.
5. Focus on what you do
Tuning in is another important aspect. You should focus on what you do and how you feel during your workout session. Keep track of your breathing and heart rate. Try to understand what you feel in your muscles and how well you perform your exercises. Do not let your cell phone, TV or any other device disturb you. Multitasking is not recommended if you want to achieve positive results.
