3. Break Bad Habits
Your mom was right when she told you not to stay up too late. Your dad told you that smoking and drinking are harmful. And again, he was right, too. You might be a grow-up person now who is free to do whatever she wants, but your skin will object to your bad habits. Break them if you want to have perfect skin.
4. Get More Sleep
Make sure that you allow your body around 7-8 hours to have a rest. Thi is the right time for your skin and other organs to restore and repair themselves. Adjust your sleeping patterns. Change them if they should be changed. Start applying serum under your night cream. Do it twice a day – at night and in the morning. If you suffer from insomnia, try and treat it with herb teas. Also, do not sleep with music or TV on. Turn off your devices at least 40 minutes before going to bed.
