2. Stay Out of the Sun
Ultraviolet Rays are damaging to your skin. Stay out of the sun if possible. This is essential to do not only during prime swimming season. The sun is active all year round, even when the weather outside is not so hot. If you have to stay outside, wear SPF that is at least 30. You can use a stronger filter on your face to help it look younger for longer. A pair of large sunglasses won’t hurt either. Not only will they protect your eyes, they will prevent wrinkles around your eyes from forming. Finally, put on a wide-brimmed summer hat.
