Wouldn’t we all love to stay young for ages? Some would probably even like to live forever. But is it even possible?
We hope that one day technologies and medicine will help us live for a few two or three hundred years. For now all we can do to prolong our life is to watch what we eat since food matters a lot.
1. Avocado
Avocado has been constantly gaining popularity around the globe. People from different countries love this fruit since it can be used to prepare dozens dishes and sources. Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats. This is what makes the levels of bad cholesterol in your body significantly lower. Besides, the fruit contains special components that fight inflammation. Avocados are rich in folate, vitamin E, potassium and fiber. You should not fear the calories that avocados contain. All the nutrients that avocados provide you is what you should look for. After eating a few slices of avocado you’ll feel full for longer. What it means is that you’ll eat less food later in the day.
2. Walnuts
Looking young is always cool. Being smart is even cooler. Shiny hair and great complexion will not help you look attractive in other people’s eyes if you are not bright enough. Eat nuts on a daily basis if you take care of your mental abilities. Most nuts, and especially walnuts, are good at fighting Alzheimer’s, improve memory and can help you get rid of stress, tension and depression.
