Your closet is probably full of clothes, but from time to time you find it difficult to switch to something new. However, you might own several items you never wear.
You might also have your favorite things that you keep reaching for. Today we’re going to break that habit and teach you how you can learn to start wearing the clothes you already have yet never wear. Isn’t it frustrating for you to find out that most of people wear the same 25% of their clothes 75% of the time. Let us change this situation. Use the tips below to look and feel different:
1. Perform a clean-out.
Only you know why there’re so many things you have in your closet that you never wear. Reasons can be very different. They might not fit properly; maybe you dislike their color or style. Simply get rid of the items that you know you’ll never ever put on. Donate the things you do not need to charity.
2. Move things around.
Move the things that you are planning on wearing to a more prominent position. You will then never forget that you have something you like. Your clothes should be visible. The best way to remember you own a nice blouse, skirt or dress is to see it when you open your closet. Things that are moved to the front will remind you that you haven’t worn them for quite some time. You already own stuff that you look great in – use the outfits that make you more attractive!
