Another special restaurant in the States is Saison. It is built at Newark-Liberty International Airport. Go to Terminal C and you’ll see how popular French cuisine is in the USA. The menu includes all most favored foods eaten by the French: tuna and hand-cut beef tartares, onion soup, fish and meat with special dressings, topping and gravies. The place looks attractive, although its interior is described as traditional. There are a few modern touches in the design which make the place more convenient.
