1. Feedback is more welcome than criticism. You critical attitude may cause issues and conflicts. In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, give feedback. When talking to others, be polite and patient. Your guidance is more useful than sarcasm. Let the person know that you have a solution to his or her problem. Be helpful if you know there is something you can do to assist someone. Discuss the situation and try to make your conversation productive. 

2. Be direct in your approach. Direct requests are more useful and efficient. Miscommunication leads to criticism in the future. If people do not know what you expect from them, do not wait for them to show you positive changes and results. Asking for what you want in a rude manner is not acceptable.
