Change your behavior and learn tolerance. Criticizing others won’t do any good. There are as many opinions as there are people and your opinion might not matter to those whom you are criticizing. Luckily, you can apply a few other, more effective techniques. Here are some of them:
1. Feedback is more welcome than criticism. You critical attitude may cause issues and conflicts. In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, give feedback. When talking to others, be polite and patient. Your guidance is more useful than sarcasm. Let the person know that you have a solution to his or her problem. Be helpful if you know there is something you can do to assist someone. Discuss the situation and try to make your conversation productive.
