An afternoon can be eaten up by planning a meal then doing shopping and making lunch. No more waste of time! From now on the time that you spend on food chores can be shaven off. Have a list of at least ten lunches you can make in less than 20 minutes. Rotate them throughout the week. If you love cooking, prepare an exclusive meal a couple of times per week. Do it when you feel relaxed.
