Spring cleaning is coming up. It is time for all of us to start the ‘renewal’ program. Clean yourself from inside out – let’s make changes to our eating habits first.

Water washes out toxins and cleans the cells as well as inner organs; it makes your skin more radiant as well. Do not drink alcohol – plain water, green tea, milk, fruit and vegetable juices will refresh and renew your body. Not only will you feel better, you will look better, too!
