7. Sipping On Too Much Water
Drinking water is very important for good health. We are now talking about how much water you consume throughout the day. We cannot live without H2O, but do not overdo with it! There is absolutely no need for you to wait when you start fainting with thirst. Define the right quantity of liquids for you to drink and do not drink water when you feel you can do without it. Too much water is especially bad for people who have issues with the heart, cardiovascular system and kidneys.
