The foods you eat might be very healthy. However, you might not know that the leftovers are not less nutritious. Make full use of some parts of the products you consume.
1. Beet greens
The beet season brings us not only the vegetable itself. It comes with the greens! Keep them, especially if they are attached to young beets. The greens are full of fiber and vitamins C, A and K. Chop them up and then sauté the stems and leaves in olive oil. Add a bit of vinegar and eat with pasta.
